About me

Nerdy woman who's pretty much always within arm's reach of a computer. I work in the tech field, love collecting tech gadgets, and feel like I've spent an eternity on the internet.

I've kept an online journal on and off for almost twenty years, between my time on Dreamwidth and the time I spent on LiveJournal before that. Most of the really old stuff I've got archived here is private, because good lord I was an embarrassment back in the early 2000s, but my more recent stuff is here for folks to read if interested.

Interests

My main interests, summed up in handy-dandy bulleted list form:
  • Reading (especially sci-fi and fantasy novels)
  • Sci-fi TV shows, especially Star Trek
  • Technology, and everything to do with it - HTML, video and audio editing, graphic design, coding, and more
  • Crafting, including sewing, quilting, knitting, and crocheting
  • Games, including tabletop roleplaying, live-action roleplaying, and the occasional video game
  • Making bulleted lists


Please note...

While most entries I post are public, there'll be a fair amount of friends-only journal entries here because there's a lot of things I ramble about that I don't necessarily want exposed to the entire internet. There's a lot that goes on in my head, and it needs to get out somewhere. That doesn't mean I don't want to make new friends, though - nor does it mean that all my entries will be private. Just figured I'd put that out there.
