So, gotta love our landlady. Not only is she raising the rent, but she wants us to sign a lease for another year. I don't know if we'll even be living her come AUGUST. And according to the letter, we have a month before our lease is up to tell her we're moving out.

First off, every time we tried to sign a damned lease, she never showed to the office. Second off, this alleged lease? ENDS ON MONDAY. So if we don't like the rent raise or don't want to stay here another year, we have to be out this weekend, pretty much.

And I can't fucking get a hold of Bryan. FUCK SHIT COCK

And even if we do decide we want to sell our souls to Meadow East for another year, I doubt she'll take a lease agreement without Bryan's signature, and I can't very well get him to sign it while he's 2000 miles away.
