I managed to sleep through half of today - literally. I woke up at 8, dealt with nasty allergies until 10 when I took some allergy medicine and crashed until 12:30, then stayed awake for a few hours and settled down to read a book around 3, and napped until 5. I guess I needed the rest, otherwise I wouldn't have fallen asleep the second time, right? Also, allergy medicine throws me off too, so that may be partly to blame.
I only got done one of the many things I needed to do today, but at least I did something. I cleaned up the bedroom, and got the army of dirty tissues scooped up and tossed. I may take a walk after dinner, since I didn't walk yesterday, and didn't do much of anything at all today. I need to get myself in order for student teaching- no more of this sleeping all day! (Then again, I can count on maybe both hands the amount of naps I've taken this summer. Also, I'm weaning myself off caffeine, so that might be affecting this too.)
