I hate my life.

I missed two days of student teaching due to having the flu (and Dr. Moose suggested that it was the swine flu, even better).

Because of missing those two days, I may have to student teach for two days in Madrid AFTER Christmas break and placement 2.

Because of that, I may not even actually get my teacher certification until MAY.

We have no money, and while Bryan's working, I doubt it will be enough to pay rent, bills, and feed ourselves with.

I am so close to just saying "fuck it all, I'm not cut out for this" and quitting grad school so I can find a real job that will pay the bills while Bryan fritters away his time subbing and hoping for a teaching job. What was I thinking? Teachers are having a shitty time of it too, and are having troubles finding jobs. I can't even make it through student teaching without getting sick twice in a month, and getting so sick that I'm quarantined to my apartment.

Fuck my life.

I think you were thinking you went into teaching because you like it, it called to you, and you're good at it.

This is just the flu talking, I'm sure. Rest and recover, and come back firing on all cylinders. I know you can do it!
