dreamingpixelsamethystfirefly just wrote an entry about fanfiction, and it got me to thinking. I don't write nearly as much as I used to. I mean, it's not like I don't want to write fanfiction - there are times where my hand just itches to hold a pen and let the words flow over the page. But lately, the words just don't want to come. The ideas just won't come. And it's the same with artwork. Sometimes I struggle just to get lines on the page, let alone something that looks decent enough to post online. Have I lost my creativity? Is this what happens when you become an adult? The silly ideas, the fun pictures, they just... stop?
